USThe apartment was excellent. When you first come in you are greeted with a lovely scent to the room. A welcome difference from the building hallway which is unpleasant. The host provided everything imaginable for our stay as though we were in a hotel. The 16th floor apartment view of the city was breathtaking at night. The location was perfect for the jazz festival that we came to attend. The host was very responsive and pleasant. I offered to replace a small bowl that I dropped and broke but she stated it wasn't necessary. The place felt very homey and we definitely will book this apartment again if we come back to Jacksonville. Thank you.

USSuper clean and fresh! Great big windows provided views out over the city. Much more spacious than a hotel room. Thoughtful amenities finished it off well! On street parking was never an issue, but the owner provided a pass to an adjacent parking garage— bonus!

USI like that the place did smell good inside the apartment.
I didn't like the traffic up and down the elevator. The elevator was so stink, the lobby wasn't a pleasant smell either. I seriously don't like that I had to leave my car all the way across the street either, but its a good place. I also didn't like that the bed was a full size bed, that's not a queen. It could've been bigger... all around good place.
USUSThe location is great. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the unit that gave me some ideas for my own holiday rental. The communication with the owner was excellent and the directions for different aspects of the stay were perfectly clear.
Only a couple of slight inconveniences that didn’t detract from the overall stay.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable but that may be a “me” problem because I like sleeping on a cloud.
USSuper nice location, pretty little apartment, bed was super comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were great!
The only thing that made it difficult was the actual parking garage, because you had to arrive and park on the street and then go upstairs to get the key fob and then come back down park your car and walk back, and then you had to repeat the process on the other way around.
