The San Diego Studio - Free Parking

We had a wonderful stay!! The studio was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy the best of San Diego, from great dining to scenic walks. The free parking was also convenient and a definite plus. Communication with Nathan was seamless and highly responsive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. My wife and I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks!!!!

Es muy limpia, te proporcionan café y utensilios básicos para desayuno . La ubicación es perfecta y tener la tranquilidad de poder dejar el auto en la calle.

Tienen un gran problema con el sistema de aire acondicionado, es centralizado para todo el edificio y lo usan indiscriminadamente. Hacían 13 grados y el aire estaba prendido en 20 grados.. la habitación es pequeña y realmente hacía mucho frío. Nathan lo apagó todas las noches que le pedí, pero debería poder manejarse en cada habitación por separado. La cama es muy blanda, se hunde en el centro y si son dos personas, es muy incómoda.

Great location, very quiet, very comfortable bed!

Nothing. We stayed in a room under apparently a whole entire apartment. They were very loud throughout pare entire stay. We have a service animal, My husband is a 100%disabled veteran with severe ptsd as well as I his wife has disabilities along with severe PTSD. We were charged a pet fee which we shouldn’t have been charged The room was extremely hot during the day, freezing cold at night as ac was run at night which we had in a sliding open window to the one 2 feet back patio and both ACs were running very loud. It was hot and it smiled as well as every time I went outside to my car there happened to be a man that continuously came out with clubs on looking through the trash and the trash I just put in the trash man outside of the home we were renting, which leads me to believe the owner was watching us continuously and it’s not easy to open the front door or the door to the room. I was not happy with this stay I give it zero reviews.

Location, free parking, private, affordable.

Could not control the air and heat. The staff did leave us a heater. The controls were in the second unit which was only occupied over the weekend. Uncomfortable temps while they were there.

The place was very well located, about a 10 or 15 minute walk to University. The studio was very clean and communication with the owners/managers was good.

There was no comfortable chair to sit in and the kitchen facilities were really jut a fridge and microwave, so more like a hotel room than a studio in my opinion.

El apartamento tiene lo necesario. El barrio es tranquilo. El poder parquear gratis también es un muy buen plus. Todo estaba muy limpio, la cama era cómoda y el baño con agua caliente. Nathan, el anfitrión, fue muy amable y de mucha ayuda! Cerca hay lugares para comer y para hacer shopping.

Location was great.

I didn’t watch TV much but the connection was not always stellar which could but a problem if you wanted to stream things.

Quiet and within walking distance to many eateries.
