The host welcomed me warmly. Clare offered accommodations on a lower floor when she noticed the stairs may be difficult for me. This was a very kind offer, which I agreed to. Service was above and beyond.

Rooms were a good size and matched the photos displayed on the website. Beds are comfortable, good facilities and convenient location.

Internet can be inconsistent without an ethernet cable.

Lovely place close to everything you need although it was above a public bar there was no noise handy for trains and buses . Flat was spotless and very well equipped

Only thing was the stairs we managed but by the time we got to our flat we were out of breath bottom floor would have been even more perfect

The host had thought of everything that was needed for a stay which was lovely and very thoughtful.

When we arrived we were on the top floor 4th floor with heavy suitcases and no lift which was difficult but to be fair I didn’t ask any questions before booking but next time I would ask for a ground floor if possible because of cleanliness and the host had thought of everything making the stay very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.
