Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen, nice swimming pool, guard for the night

Location can be better -you have to pass few dark streets to go for the main street. It can be cleaner, very small bed in one bedroom

Great size with modern comfortable furnishings and an easy stroll to the main shopping street

1 or 2 extra carpark spaces could possibly help.

Nicely decorated

I rarely leave reviews, but felt the need to share my experience at this apartment. First off, the water pressure was so low, it made showering a nightmare—literally couldn’t get a decent rinse. To make things worse, the bathroom supplies like shampoo and conditioner were completely empty. The faucets were all rusty, which was not only unappealing but also made me question the overall maintenance of the place. Another downside was the lack of a hair dryer, which seems like a basic amenity for any place that’s supposed to accommodate guests. To top it off, the apartment didn’t seem to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. The coffee table books were stained and dirty—honestly, it would have been better if there were no books at all. I was really hoping for a comfortable stay, but this apartment didn’t deliver. For the price, there are much better options out there. Would not stay here again.

The apartment space and the pool

The key was not in the lockbox when we arrived as we were provided with the incorrect room information. The stove was complicated to use. The water pressure for the showers were terrible.

The garden was beautiful, the hosts were attentive and tried to help for everything, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

The floors were not very clean, and dirt stuck to our feet, spreading throughout the house as we walked. The soap in the bathrooms had run out, and the kitchen lacked sufficient cleaning supplies.

We had a good and pleasant stay, this place is near to the Centro and is calm & safe.

Supply water was salty so we couldn't use it for washing my face or mouth.

The location was nice and it was aesthetically pleasing.

The apartment wasn’t clean properly. The bathroom mirrors were streaky and the glass doors in the bathroom weren’t clean. The bathroom facets were rusted. Some of the toilets had a ring in the bowl. And the floor wasn’t properly swept or mopped. The ac didn’t work at all the rooms never got cold. And also there was no hot water to shower with. Don’t recommend this place at all.

The host was very professional and so kind. She send us the informations before your coming. The residencia is well located near all facilities and restaurants. The flat is amazing. This is far the best place i stayed. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends

Itzel the property management was very kind. The rooms were really nice and well furnished. The pool was also refreshing.
