Great location on beach front liked the help yourself tea and coffee making station . Great roof terrace . Friendly and helpful host, provided with good local information in the rooms

Really enjoyed our 1 night stay here before going on a houseboat. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty, rooms were comfortable. Great location overlooking the beach and near a lot of restaurants. Tuktuk drivers always outside to take where you needed to go. They also helped arrange a Kochi airport pick up for me at a reasonable price so that was appreciated.

Beautiful room, everything in it was art. The location is perfect. Right on the beach, our balcony had a beautiful view. Om was the perfect host! It was clean and just lovely

It was just lovely- nothing to not like Maybe a fridge in the room? But no big deal, there was a fridge upstairs to share

The location is by the sea, but the beach is very noisy. It was possible to pay by card. The bathroom is fairly spacious.

There was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

room has a balcony with sea view, property is well maintained, clean and situated at prime location.

Relaxed home stay with a large balcony room overlooking the beach - make sure you book beach view. Om is a helpful and welcoming host. Excellent fruit and Indian breakfast on the roof terrace. Great value for the price.

It’s not quite in its first flush of youth but everything else makes up for that.
