Neela Waters - Beach Home

Very nice location, nice rooms and very good breakfast

The location of the property, the rooms, the food, and most importantly the service from the host, Mr. Om, were all excellent. The beach is just in front of the property, making it very easy to access at any time. Most importantly, the beach is not very crowded and feels safe. There are excellent restaurants and cafeterias nearby, offering a great ambiance and delicious food.

Everything was perfect. I can say that I found a friend in Om (the host) and a marvelous place for my next time in India. Position is perfect, exactly in front of the sea and in the middle of bars and restaurants open until late. You can take a little walk on the beach and you'll find two different reality, fisherman from one side and the main beach to the other side but I prefer the part in front Neela Waters because there are nice people (travelers and not) walking and playing volleyball, frisbee, or paramotor. I booked for the room in front of the garden but Om made me an upgrade and change me in the seaview room and it was marvelous. He really takes care of me and all the other costumers, helping to book tour or simply just a suggest about food or anything else. Breakfast it's tasty and original with a lot of fruit and classical Kerala plates (and also the view... perfect way to start a day!) It's definitely the best place I stayed in 20 days in India and now I have to come back for sure because I felt like home :)

Very nice,clean and comfortable accommodation. The Location is perfect because it's directly on the beach. There are good restaurant just a few steps from the accomodation. The breakfast in the morning was very good and and with sea view. We just can recommend going there you won't regret it.

The location and some of the rooms were good, others too small

Long climb up the stairs, one room was too small with no views.
