1. The location is quite central and we found most public areas around Ballot easy to access. 2. The place was spacious, we were travelling with our two kids and the place was spacious enough 3. The estate is very child friendly. The clubhouse has many amenities that lend themselves to a good chilled down time if you don't want to go out. 4. The host was very responsive to any queries we had.

1. The entry and exit process at the gate is enough to deter me from ever coming back to the property. You can find yourself waiting between 5-15mins just to either access or leave the estate. They only have one scanner servicing entry and exit gates. It's a very big estate (literally 100s of units) so the visitors (and delivery bikes, etc) queue up for quite a distance. This would be the one reason for me not to revisit. 2. It was incredibly hot during our visit and unfortunately, the unit doesn't have any air-conditioning in the rooms. There are fans but they just blow hot air. 3. Cleanliness could have been better. It was ok but things like some of the dishes and crockery not clean and one or two of the towels had marks on them.

We liked everything,it was perfect indeed

The fact that when we got there was no electricity and had to wait about 30 mins before it kicked back in
