Great location, nice staff and very well modern and well maintained room. Breakfast at Cafe Porta was great as well.

I found the daily cleaning almost a bit too much, since it required leaving the room for that time, which wasn't always fully predictable. However, this is a very minor complaint.

Very clean and it is very close to the beach and restaurant and to perfect it all very close to the train station , I will come back and also recommend it to friends and families .

Clean the bathroom is just perfect ,everything you need is in the room and the shops are just few minutes away .

A very comfortable room in a substantial and quiet apartment block 5 minutes walk from the railway station, with a balcony and lovely views of the hills. Even more special were our hosts, who rescued us from the Bologna bus stop at the top of the town, a 40 minute walk walk away! They were so attentive and eager to please, and even included in the room rate a light Italian breakfast (croissant & coffee) at a buzzy local cafe. An absolute gem.

The apartment is very clean and is equipped with everything you need. Paolo is a very nice host and takes care of his guests to the fullest! I would definitely go again :)

Breakfast was great. Had to walk to breakfast place but a very short,pleasant walk Host was waiting for us. Welcomed us and explained room, etc.

Perfect location, close to train station and beach. Therefore, not in the centre, but this is a 10 minute walk.

Very nice host. Beautiful rooms, with kitchenette. With coffee maker and coffee. With hood, with mineral water in it. Brand new equipment. Brand new bathroom. Balcony. Very close to the station. Direct beach. Everything was perfect.
