Sofa could have been little bigger

Functional, with 2 bathrooms so didn’t need to share. Perfect location and quite for a good night sleep. Facilities were good too

Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, hair balls and false lashes on the floor. Also not a big deal but just need to change the name of the petrol station where you pick up the keys on the instructions.

Both my friend and I liked how modernised the apartment was, and everything was clean and in its place.

My friend did not like that there wasn't a reception area where we could meet staff to welcome us. And had to communicate via email, or WhatsApp. Also did not like the idea of collecting the keys from costcutters which was a nightmare with ID, and getting the code for the keys. I thought the apartment block was a way to walk especially if you have a night out and had to return. We also had to report issues with the blinds that could not open in the living room, we could not sit at the dining table as not sturdy, and also the chairs, the TV wasn't much use as could not get all the channels up-to-date and found this boring. With it being a smart TV it should be connected correctly showing all channels but all in all not a bad stay.

The Location was Central, and the decor of the apartment was lovely and modern, Very deep bath that I took full advantage of. And the flat is well soundproofed, which was perfect for my Autistic Son. I would stay at the property again

The blinds in the living room was faulty so we couldn't let much natural light in, and the shower in the en suite was not powerful, also the tv does not have free view channels due to their not being an aerial. Although the video on how to enter the property was helpful it was very long to figure out, but we managed to find a much easier way of entering and exiting the building which was through the main door instead of the car park.

I liked the location and layout of the apartment it was specious.

Place was clean

Shower pressure in the en suite bathroom was woeful, hardly any pressure at all so could not have an adequate shower. Host was also very very strict with check out time which is understandable but nice to give guests some leeway, was charged an extra £15 from the security deposit when the cleaners didnt even arrive by 12pm as mentioned by host as reason we couldnt extend check out time by 15-20 mins extra without charge. Would be good to give guests some leeway and understanding, will not be looking to stay with this company again.

Clean and easy to access

People smoking crack pipes outside the accommodation but never felt threatened
