"Very Good"

I love the facilities i.e.the kids love the pool table.

However, the Netflix is always not connected and I will need to call host to sign in, the PS3 is also not working and some of the electric sockets are not working too.

"The place is Not well maintain at all"

Only the location wise

The place is so run down, no checking by owner , no mopping done, only vacuum n swept which is dusty & dirty , most items are rundown and all spoilt & not working . Got ants in the kitchen area & no dining table & suff. Chairs for eating for a group /family of 10-12 pax . Very unsatisfactory to stay there & not worth the amount we paid over more than RM1k

The house is large enough to accommodate a large family or group of people. The facilities are adequate and provide us the amenities we need such as washing machines, water filter, hair dryer and etc.

The air conditioning unit appears to be malfunctioning; it does not feel cool at all, and two of the units are not working. Besides, the cleanliness of the house was poor because you could see dust and the toilet bowl was a bit dirty. I recommend providing a dining table so the guests are able to eat food.

Very nice nature view.. Seafront home Sun rise in the morning.. Very nice house.. Sure will stay next time..

We are indian.. So prefer for indian food.. Far from this location indian restaurant..
