We had an absolutely amazing 3-day stay with our two kids. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the attention to detail in the decor and amenities made us feel right at home. The location was ideal – convenient for exploring Volos. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their recommendations for local spots were also spot-on.

Here's a revised version of youThe building itself is old and primarily occupied by offices, which gives it a somewhat dreary atmosphere. The apartment was poorly ventilated, with only one window that barely opened. The space felt cluttered, with random items scattered around, including a box of Christmas decorations in the living room (!) and gym equipment blocking the bedroom window, which also couldn’t be fully opened. On top of that, we found the host to be unwelcoming, rigid, and uncooperative. Despite our late check-in due to a delayed ferry, the host showed no flexibility and refused to grant even a brief extension for our checkout by just 30 minutes. It's also worth mentioning that check-in was allowed only after 2:30 pm.

Easy to find, spacious and clean. Underground parking and centrally located. We were welcomed by the owner who was extremely welcoming . We also received a very good recommandation for dinner at a restaurant very close and very good. Very close to the harbour if you need to take a ferry. Highly recommend!

Great location with a parking place

Excellent location in the city centre with a parking space. The host had prepared the property with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay - even a towel for drying long hair and fitness equipment!
