USUSI liked the the location by the lake, enough food prep and eating utensils for a large group, working hot tub and sauna, and it's in a quiet area. The owner was also very responsive and kind. We had an issue with a low pressure shower head and when it couldn't be done that night, he sent a person over the morning after to address the issue. There was also a mini playground, kayak, and pedal boat, that can be used but we didn't since it was winter but I can see that it'll be fun to use in the summertime.
The sofa bed in the basement walkout can use a replacement as it had uneven spots.There was 8 of us so the queen beds and bunk bed sufficed. The patio and backyard utilities could use an upgrade but we didn't use them when we were there.

We were told before we got there, the hot tub would not be ready when we got there because the guest before us did something to it so they had to drain it and clean it before it could be used. I told him I understood and that was fine. As soon as we got there we opened the door and the smell was awful. We noticed a working fireplace so we just figured it came from that. As we walked through the house, I was very disappointed in the condition of the house because we paid a lot of money and this was our Christmas gift to our children. We walked out back where the hot tub was and there was beer bottles caps and dirt and leaves all over the place. The hose was still running to fill the hot tub when we got there so I texted the owner and asked if they needed us to do anything. The couches were extremely wore down and the stools were so unstable we couldn’t even sit on them. The water pressure in the shower upstairs was non existent. The downstairs bathroom smelled so bad my daughter started gagging while she was in there. This house was very unclean. This house is full of neglect and I was very sad I spent the money that I did on staying here when I could have taken my family to a much nicer place for the money I spent. I hope the owners takes the time to put money into this place because it could be a really nice place.
