Gazia Sea View House - Mykonos Town

The Apartment is beautiful and perfectly located.

Apartment is newly renovated & super clean. The bed is very comfortable. The sea-view is amazing. The best is Christos who is very responsive & nice. He gave us mineral water in the middle of night when we needed it and also help us arrange car & taxi both ways.

The host, Christos was exceptional - very helpful in every way. The apartment was very practical, modern and clean. Just across a street from town, away from the loud all night parties. Beautiful view of the sunset from the apartment.

This is my third time in Mykonos, and my accommodation is by far the best so far. The apartment is exactly as seen in the pictures: very bright and has all the amenities that you'd need. You can even watch the sunset from the living room and one of the bedrooms! We were especially impressed by the bedrooms: both were recently refurbished, so they look very modern, and most importantly, the beds are super comfy. Each bedroom has its own balcony, AC unit, and en-suit bathroom with very strong water pressure in the showers. A few more pro's that made our trip so enjoyable: -The apartment is very close to the old town (2 mins walk), but you won't hear any noise during the night due to good soundproofing. Super convenient! -You have a dedicated spot that easily fits 2 buggies right by the apartment, so parking is sorted. -The host is very friendly and readily available for any request, as he stays in own apartment downstairs.

-Pricey, but then again, all of Mykonos is super expensive during high season (August), so can't really complain. -The apartment is surrounded by roads, so it is noisy due to the cars and motorcycles IF you decide to open the windows for some fresh air. Otherwise, it's not because of good insulation. Apart from these 2 points, the apartment is just perfect and otherwise deserves a 10!

The apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Mykonos town. The apartment was well furnished, well stocked, spacious, very clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is just minutes away walking distance from town, and since it is set atop a hill, you get amazing views of the town, especially during sunset! If you rent a car, parking is not an issue as a spot is reserved for you right in front of the apartment. The hospitality of the host, Christos, was beyond anything we've ever expected or experienced and is the real highlight of staying here. He reached out to us well before our arrival date, and offered to arrange transport, rentals, tours, reservations, etc. He was extremely helpful, spending over half an hour with us on arrival, in giving us tips on what to do and where to visit during our stay. When we asked to book private transport back to the port upon departure, he offered to drive us there instead. Christos is an authentic local who cares deeply about Mykonos and his guests and making sure their stay in is as pleasant as possible.

Since the location is on a hill and a bit east outside of town, it was a challenge for us to get there by foot with luggages/bags after arriving at the port. This was our mistake underestimating how difficult it turned out to be, so make sure you either book or arrange transport w/ Christos when arriving, or are prepared for the exercise going up the hills and steps. It can also be noisy with cars, buses, bikes, and ATVs buzzing by, but this is largely unavoidable unless you are staying in the town itself where no cars are allowed. The flip-side is that it also gets noisy at night since the party rages on until 5am but this is also unavoidable unless you stayed completely outside of town. The windows have decent noise cancelling properties though, so you can mute a good amount of noise if you close them.
