The flat is in a facility that is not supposed to be sublet and guests will be asked to leave. Right from the off we suspected something was wrong as we were asked to tailgate a resident into the building and then into the lift. The door was not left open as arranged and the contact mobile phone number was incorrect so even Booking.com couldn't contact the owner. A 'security guard' finally sent with a key but he was wearing flip flops. The flat was unclean and contained personal items of clothing and food in the fridge. The bedding and towels were not clean with one towel being covered in toothpaste and the kitchen was dirty.
GBIt is a pleasant apartment in an attractive location and it was very convenient for me that a tram station was located immediately outside the tower block.
I had to wait a short time to gain entry as the owner was dealing with another person when I arrived.
