Villa close to the beach.

Fantastic location overlooking the golf course, a well furnished high end villa fully equipped to provide a fantastic holiday destination.

Nothing, everything was perfect during our stay

Fantastic house with all amenities and very clean. Our kids really enjoyed the small pool. Also nice that our car could be parked just outside the house in the shadow. The owner responded very quickly ensured that everything was ok and we were even allowed to checkout an hour later.

Neighbor had two dogs that sometimes did bark a lot. But never in the night time.

I loved the space, the double shower in the en-suite, the air conditioning/ceiling fans and the terrace. Lovely views. The car park space kept the car cool.in the sun.

The master bed mattress was a little uncomfortable (though I recognize everyone likes the comfort of their own bed), and the pool got a bit grubby by the end of the week. But overall, an excellent villa.

This is the second time we have stayed at Maarten's villa, and it was equally lovely this time around. The villa is perfectly located for scouting trips or for just vacationing in the beautiful region of Mijas Costa. The villa is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. The master bedroom has a lovely view over the golf course and a huge double shower. There are a few restaurants, bars and a grocery store nearby as well. It works well for our dog as she can head straight out to the small, shared common area. We will be moving to the area and plan to use Maarten's villa for guests who come to visit us from the States.

The villa is obviously very beautiful as per all the reviews. It's location is near restaurants and stores. The view of the golf course is lovely and kept us entertained on several mornings. It feels like home as the decorations are very similar to our personal style. The couch was SO comfortable, as were the beds. The bathrooms are large and modern. It was too cold to use the pool, but it was available for us. Lots of spaces for our dog to explore. Maarten is a very responsive host who answered every question I had and left us a bottle of cava, which was tasty! One thing to note, if you plan to cook during your stay, you will need to either bring or purchase the spices, olive oil, coffee pods, napkins, paper towels, etc. There are plenty of pots and pans - even a salad spinner.

We loved everything about this property - good location, beautiful decor, big comfortable beds. The balcony with its pool and swing was our daughter's favourite. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner was always available to help. Villa was comfortable for 4, would be fine for 6. Nice patio with a small pool. Washer/dryer , stove , fridge , all required cutlery and dishes. Great security.

Couldn’t figure out how to work dishwasher. Other appliances were trial and error. I’m sure if I spoke Spanish it would be fine. Stairs to the villa and in the villa are a little iffy for seniors. A hand rail in the villa would be good.
