Cottage , seaside views, quiet beach, awesome view

The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels and the heaters were very effective

There was no information on how to check in. We arrived in the dark to a lot of houses and no idea which was ours. Eventually we found one who's door was unlocked and went in and recognised the furniture. The living room was covered in dead woodlice and the kitchen utensils were all dirty.

Easy check in, offered an early check in but we didn't need it but the host allowed us a later check out which was great. The house itself had everything we needed

dirty in places needs updating throughout ie curtains fell off the wall. one shower was too hot even on coldest setting. massive leak in the main bedroom. bare plaster and exposed wires in walk in wardrobe

Beautiful views from the house overlooking pendine sands beach. The house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this a great place to stay

Decking at the front door I slipped as it was very slippery. Double bed wasn’t very comfortable have to say. Didn’t have the best of sleeps in. Would definitely recommend this a place to stay thou for sure.

Location was fabulous, shame the property has been bodged together with many dangerous holes in floors, dodgy wiring and hasn’t been cleaned in months. Beds were falling apart and mattresses lumpy, noisy and awful.slow draining sinks. Doors hard to lock, open and re lock, windows screwed closed.

Cleaner, safer, tidied, less cleaning stuff around the property which obviously hadn’t been used on the property. Bodged electrics, holes in bathroom floor, grouting filthy, cooker filthy, microwave dirty, fridge dirty, freezer not defrosted in months and food inside. Dated decor, dust everywhere and cobwebs, skirting falling off in places, safer closing system on front room bed area, tv remotes should be left visible with batteries working, sofas not been cleaned, bedding smelt damp and dirty, scatter cushions also damp and dirty smelling. Beds falling apart and mattresses like concrete or lumpy or noisy or all of them. Sinks were slow draining. Good job it wasn’t cold as no heating. Many gaps around doors and windows so very draughty patio and balcony doors hard to open and re lock. Whole place needs cleaning and finishing off to a better standard, totally ripped off with how expensive the place was for 2 nights. If we hadn’t have driven for 4 hours to get there and had weekend commitments I would have gone straight home, we contemplated sleeping in the car. So much more to list
