Great family property with excellent support from the Euphoric team.

There was a Ballito wide electricity outage for 24 hours so the property needs to get backup power.

Very nice property- amazing views and the host was helpful when we reached out for help . House has everything you need from the kitchen , bedrooms , outside areas etc

The main switch for the lights in two bedrooms was down - reported it and we were promised someone would come look at it but it never happened. But again we were there for only a short visit so I hope it was sorted for the next guests

I liked the views, the pool, the beds were very comfortable and the house aesthetics

The garage door was not working, there was no sugar, salt or drinking water

Skylight is leaking, inverter is not working

Aircons were not working ,one room had no curtains ,really disappointing .

The property is good but the treatment was very bad was not happy @ all
