This is a quiet top floor flat with 2 bathrooms in walking distance of beaches and much larger than pictures. Bed was comfy and had shutters to block out the sun. The terrace is a huge plus for relaxing and watching the view. I saw the sunset and sunrise here. Agata welcomed us into the flat and communicated well by giving us a tour and answered our questions patiently. There was a welcome gift of white wine in the fridge.

The flat is under equipped for tourists as there’s no kitchen supplies like salt, pepper, oil etc. This is listed as having air conditioning and that is not the case, we were provided with a fan and it gets very hot in the bedroom at night even with the fan. Also the selling point of the flat is about the proximity to the beach (“by the beach” is in the name of the listing) but there are no supplies for the beach for guests. I was expecting beach towels, beach umbrella, and beach chairs since we are only staying here for 2 nights and it wouldn’t make sense for us to go buy it ourselves.
