La struttura è molto bella ,ristrutturata da poco,colori e ambienti piacevoli,stanze pulite e con un ottimo profumo di pulito,letti comodi,colazione ottima e proprietari super gentili e disponibili...consiglio vivamente

Mi è piaciuto tutto. La location, la gentilezza, la cortesia, la camera pulita e la tranquillità del posto. Sicuramente ci torneremo

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Gastgeber freundlich, es gab leckeren Espresso, das italienische Frühstück war nicht besonders hochwertig, aber besser als nichts. Cappuccino war super. Toast mit Schinken/Käse sowie Rührei gibt es auf Nachfrage, schmeckt aber eher mäßig gut. Schöner Olivenhain gleich oberhalb der Unterkunft. Ruhige Umgebung, Gemütliche Außenterrasse mit Sofa und Tischchen. Es gibt einen Tischkicker und ein Darts mit unbrauchbaren Pfeilen. Man kann zu Fuß auf steilen Wegen in ca 15min zur sehr guten Pizzeria Podere Peca (dort Tischchen im Garten). Unten an der Hauptstraße gibt es eine Tankstelle mit Café.

Ohne Auto kann man praktisch gar nichts machen und selbst mit Auto ist es alles andere als einfach. Chieti ist unheimlich bergig und von der Unterkunft kommt man nur über extrem steile Straßen in die Stadt. Zu Fuß dauert es 1 Stunde. Und es gibt eigentlich keinerlei schöne Fußwege/Wanderwege. Die Zufahrtsstraße zur Unterkunft ist kriminell, eine extrem steile Schotterpiste mit tiefen Furchen vom Regen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, es stellt sich heraus, dass das Zimmer nur ein Fenster hat. Es gibt eine Außenterrasse für die Gemeinschaft, die ist auch gemütlich, aber man hat eben keinen eigenen Balkon. Kein Kühlschrank, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich es keinesfalls empfehlen, allenfalls vielleicht für eine Übernachtung auf dem Weg woanders hin.

The room was new and clean, and the owners were excellent. Cristian and Angela could not have been kinder and sweeter. A second generation owner of the property that has about 10 acres of olive trees that they harvest, as well as the parents on property. The BNB is still under construction with an additional wing, but does not affect where we have stayed. Again the rooms were very modern, clean and updated. A nice young couple doing a lot of work on their own. We were very impressed and would stay there again! There is a small town called Bucchianico right above their place, which is a wonderful little community with some great restaurants and structures built in the 1600's. The beaches of the Adriatic are about 20 minutes to the east, and some very high snow capped mountains about 40 minutes to the west. Lots to do in this area.
