"Overall it's an interesting stay."

It's quite clean and location wise not far from my destination for work.(UPM) Breakfast served is superb.

As a senior citizens,parking is quite far from the lobby.

Saya mohon invoice dari hotel memandangkan Booking.com stated kena minta dari hotel. Even receipt tidak diberi. Memandangkan ini adalah tugas rasmi, jadi perlukan invoice/receipt dari hotel. Dari awal kedatangan kami, saya sudah maklumkan, terpaksa menerangkan benda sama kepada staff-staff berbeza dan akhirnya, dimaklumkan manager tidak membenarkan invoice diberikan kepada kami. Keadaan bilik saya juga tidak selesa, ada bunyi kuat dari aircond, juga bau cat yang suda saya komplain pada kaunter hadapan. Salah satu bilik kami juga, peti aisnya rosak, terpaksa ke kaunter beberapa kali untuk memaklumkan. Ada staff yang baik, tapi ada juga yang agak tidak friendly bila kami berkomunikasi.

"Excellent stay in a campus environment"

Hotel was newly opened after refurbishment when we were there. The room including the carpet and furniture were clean and new. Sheets were fresh and crisp. Hotel is situated in a quiet university campus, overlooking a tranquil lake. Great for morning walks or evening stroll. WiFi connection was superb.

Minor teething problems - lack of tissue box and TV channel directory. Won't stop us from returning, though.
