The extreme cleanliness, the owner's responsiveness, and the facilities available at the apartment. The fact that the apartment had a full-sized, modern washer and dryer as well as well. Sized fridge and basic kitchen were big pluses. Although the closest official supermarket is 1 and 1/2 mi away, there is a store (" Dollar store") a few short blocks away that sells a limited variety of frozen foods, canned foods and drinks and it's open until 8:00 p.m.

The space was a very good value for its price. Having said this, this neighborhood is not a Georgetown or downtown. To travel downtown, you take a bus until Rhode Island Aven Metro and then continue with the Metro -- all in all it takes around 45 minutes. Although the sofa provided a comfortable place to watch TV and eat, there was no table available (there is a high tabletop contraption but it's not the same as a table) to eat or work.

The flat was recently renovated, the pictures are very accurate so you will not be disappointed. The equipment is good and the flat was very clean. The flat is located at ground level, below the host family who owns the house. The neighborhood is safe and well connected to Washington downtown (express buses bring you quickly to the red metro line). The host was nice and very responsiveness. I strongly recommend

Nothing really negative to say. The flat is not super well isolated so we could hear people walk above, but nothing really bothering

Bob is very nice and helpful. Neighbourhood was lovely and calm, near the bus stop. I would definitely stay again here.

I was given a door code and host meet me a little bit later.

Perfect sized studio for a few days, Bob was also incredibly helpful with any issues.

Wasn’t the cleanest with most towels having stains on them.
