La Terrazza di Monica & Teresa

Monica is a warm, kind, and extremely attentive owner-hostess. She made my stay special. She really makes you feel welcome with all sorts of loving touches, like hearts and inspirational notes, so you feel loved as a guest. I liked the different colors themes to the rooms. There is always enough coffee, and the balcony was incredible. You can walk to two really good restaurants just around the corner and get really good pizza, too. Monica is awesome, and I would stay there again for sure!

The location is excellent, very close to the Portici Via Libertà train station, within walking distance of the Herculaneum ruin, and in a lively part of the metro area with lots of shops and restaurants. The hostess and owner is very friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean, and the decor is charming. I LOVED the huge balcony, and the room was spacious, cozy and well lit. I stayed for four nights and had a fabulous time here!

Monica was the perfect host and could not do enough to help us. The area around the B and B is very residential with plenty of caf'e culture and and the terrace is a wonderful place to see the locals going about their daily lives. The terrace is also a perfect place to sit and chat on a warm sunny evening.

Nothing that would cause us to alter our overall impression of the property and being an ideal place to stay with good connections to Sorrento, Salerno and being just outside Naples centre made you feel more like your immersing yourself in traditional Italian culture.

Host was lovely and attentive. Always replied within minutes to any questions we had. Always on hand to help. Fanastic big shared balcony, between 2 rooms. Pretty room, comfortable bed.

No restaurants close by. However, there were plenty of coffee and pizza/cake shops and a couple of chicken and potatoe take aways.

Monica was a fantastic host, this was my first solo holiday and I couldn't have wished for a better host. Monica checked in with me daily to make sure I was ok and if there was anything I needed, she honestly couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Aside from this Monica was always excited so see photos of where I'd been what I'd been up to. The apartment is very spacious and exceptional value for money. Location wise is perfect should you wish to travel to Naples, see Pompei or even the Amalfi Coast, all are easily accessible via train which is a 15 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending the location to friends.

Monica is great, welcoming and warm. The room was very nice, and we really enjoyed the fabulous and famous balcony. The place is clean, good wifi, good coffee. Very clean

Having a shared bathroom was a nuisance but for a short stay or when traveling on a budget, it is ok
