This property has subsequently published lies regarding my review, my experience and my right to the refund they refused to pay after my highly unsatisfactory stay, keeping four days' payment when I left after two of the six nights I booked. They breached Booking.com's own policy trying to obtain other financial details from me to pretend to issue a refund they had no intention of returning, which Booking.com acknowledged but was helpless to redress. As stated: Their room had no WIFI, no mobile coverage, no view, and was unsafe and unhygienic. My truthful advice stands, as it does with the many other properties where I have stayed and provided honest reviews: avoid this property and its hosts at all costs and stay with the many other providers who will ensure pleasant and as promised accommodation in the otherwise wonderful Mexico City. Everything about the property was awful and I was glad to escape as soon as I could. The room was claustrophobic in size. The dangerously steep staircase blocked the bin and the wardrobe. The 'view' was of a concrete wall, not 'courtyard and garden views'. There was no WIFI or mobile coverage, contrary to claims in the advertising which appear to have been changed since to say coverage 'in some rooms' and with different photos as the property claimed the room where I stayed was as shown on the website, which it was not. I left as soon as I could and requested a refund of the unused nights due to not being as advertised, which the property agreed to issue, then changed its mind, then asked for financial details other than those used to book the room, then refused to engage so it could keep the money it had taken from me and not delivered on.
