Tigerwood apartment. Newly renovated

The apartment was spacious and had all the facilities, beds were comfortable, the staff very helpful. There was only one aircon in the living room, but the other rooms had fans, which helped survive the heat.

The floor was quite dirty when we moved in, so we had to mop it ourselves. The location was okay for main attractions, but still quite a long walk. The area itself is not affluent, with homeless people and refugees nearby, so we didn't feel very safe walking back home at night.

L'emplacement, proche des principaux points d'intérêt touristique, et de la station de métro Lavapiés. La taille de l'appartement, très spacieux pour 5 personnes, avec 3 chambres séparées et 2 salles d'eau. L'équipement très complet, notamment pour la cuisine. La literie très confortable.

The check in process was a disaster. After a long flight from Jamaica reaching at the apartment at approxinately 8 am no one was there to meet us. It was not until 9:30 that we gain access that we gain access to the apartment only to that it was not ready for us. We were told the ckeaners are coming anf it will not be ready until 3 pm.Tired and sleepy we left our bags and took uber to the mall to get some rest and kill time. Was very disappoited to put it mildly.

Falta un segon aparell d aire condicionat a la primera part de la vivenda. Es molt calorosa.

The apartment had such a cool vibe. It was comfortable, clean and worked well for our group of six. The location is convenient and close to tourist attractions and transportation. The host Raphael was amazing and gave us some great tips for food and navigating Madrid.

A third bathroom would have been nice but not necessary.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location in Madrid. Very comfortable beds.

Apartment is well-appointed and well-equipped. It is situated on a quiet street and only a short walk to the train station and metro. Neighbourhood stores are close by too. The staff was responsive and wonderful.

Air conditioning needs to be available in the bedrooms especially in August. We could not sleep for any of the 3 nights we stayed due to the excessive heat at night.
