Todo fue bien, lo único que ni siquiera funcionaba el wifi, el horno tampoco y no pudimos hacer bien la cena (no nos avisaron de ello) y encima nos dejamos una chaqueta encima de una de las sillas del salón que no se veia a plena vista (que le puede pasar a todo el mundo con las prisas), llamamos en cuanto llegamos a nuestra ciudad que fue cuando nos dimos cuenta que no estaba al abrir la maleta y nos dijo que igual la habían tirado. Ni siquiera habían pasado 10 horas de habernos ido de la estancia. He insistido llamando pero ya ni me coge a las llamadas y los WhatsApp ni siquiera llegan. Un trato pésimo, muy decepcionados estamos porque además esa chaqueta tiene un valor personal muy importante.

La calidad-precio , la piscina que había poca gente y la tranquilidad de la zona

Las escaleras para acceder, demasiadas para viajar con carro de bebé , que no hay baño en la piscina y tienes que ir hasta el apartamento para hacer tus necesidades. Te piden 60 euros de limpieza cuando hay restos de los anteriores inquilinos . No se pueden dejar las habitaciones totalmente a oscuras debido a que no hay cortinas opacas o persiana ni tampoco mosquitera y hay mucho mosquito por la zona por lo que sería necesario .

Está todo genial es pequeño pero muy acogedor y se ve el mar y. Dos terrazas calidad precio para repetir estupendo

Entraba muxa luz por la mañana ya q sus persianas son estilo mallorquinas pero nada malo q decir

Poor cleaning - ants found everywhere. Very poor communication about additional charges for late checkin/Cleaning/deposit. 60€ cleaning fee to find ants everywhere in the flat. Terrible. I would never come back.

Nothing!!! It wasn’t worth the money.. it’s nothing like on the pictures, look elsewhere you will find better than this.

This place is the pits, it was old, tired and dirty. The fact they ask you for €60 extra as soon as you get there for ‘cleaning fee’ is an absolute joke. We arrived at the property feeling poorly so all we wanted to do was to go to bed and rest. We found the bed was absolutely wet through as all the bedding and pillows had been put on wet?! So we got the the sofa bed out which was filthy and the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my life. If we wasn’t so ill we would have left after one day but we had to endure three days in this hellhole. Everything was broken, the washing machine ruined my clothes, the shower went freezing cold after two minutes, there was a rotten smell coming from the drains from the bathroom. It was small, cramped and wasn’t worth what we paid. We spoke to customer services and the owner refused to give us any money back.. do yourself a favour and save your money. Book elsewhere. This should be taken off booking.com it’s a health hazard.

Location was on nice area, Consum and restaurants nearby. 10 min walk to Los Locos beach, 20 min walk to Torrevieja centro. Buses to Torrevieja centro about 5 min walk. Upstairs terrace was just perfect for morning coffees, evening wines and midday sunbathing. Everything was clean and just the way it was shown in the booking site. Comfortable bed, lots of pans, cutlery and plates. Beautiful and silent area.

Bedroom was a little bit too scented for my nose.
