"Cigarette smell and poor parking."

Proximity to our event.

Strong cigarette smoke smell that didn't dissapate the entire 3 days. Blamed for a broken mirror that was not broken by us. Couldn't park truck anywhere and continuously threatened that vehicle would be towed and we would be fined. Worst booking to date.

"Good choice"

Location to event. were able to enjoy friends.

Loading and unloading at guest parking. Cause of oversized truck and trailer. H O A. Rules. Yet other neighbors were out in the drive most of the time.

"We all loved our stay and definetely recommend."

Loved the proximity to Westworld. Pleasant neighborhood.

Being a group, parking permits were needed and we could only get them for a period of 7 days even though our group was there for a little longer. These are the rules of the community not the home owner.
