DEHelle und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung im 3. Stock. Lage in ruhigerer Seitenstraße, aber man kann überall im Zentrum hinlaufen. Sehr bequemes Bett, Stühle und Sofa, gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Gebäude war auch sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Gastgeber nicht persönlich getroffen, Kommunikation jedoch sehr gut. Ohne Probleme mit Codes in die Wohnung gekommen und den Schlüssel erhalten.
ESEl propietario muy atento en todo momento y gestionando los problemas que surgieron. El alojamiento es muy bonito y cómodo, está decorado con gusto. La cama es bastante cómoda. Muchos ventanales con mucha luz que dan a una plaza con jardín muy tranquila. La ubicación está bien, muy cerca de Trindade que te lleva al aeropuerto. Y a unos 15-20 minutos de los monumentos más turísticos.
Vecinos ruidosos por la noche. Mi entrada al alojamiento era tarde y me encontré con que los vecinos habían cerrado la puerta del edificio con llave y el código no abría la puerta. El propietario estaba fuera de la ciudad y no podía venir a abrir, con lo que me tuvo que gestionar una noche de hotel. Se portó muy bien y lo soluciono rápido. Que sea un tercero sin ascensor, pero es lo habitual en Oporto. La limpieza podría mejorar, había polvo y la mampara de la ducha no estaba demasiado limpia.

DEPerfect apartment to stay in Porto. Bright, cozy with the beautiful view and blooming magnolia three downstairs.
The internet had a technical issue, but the owner solved it fast and was super friendly.

FRVery cute, nicely decorated, modern, host was very proactive.
Very cold in winter due to single glazed windows despite several portable heaters. Hot water in the shower was also limited. 3rd floor without elevator.
