Everything was great: the accomodation was well equipped and clean; beautiful view from the balcony and very close to the beach (literally 5 minutes 😄). Nikos is super friendly and helpful host. 100% recommend those apartments.

"Comfortable near Kontogialos Beach"

Very nice view from the rooftop, clean room, soft communication with the host. Not high on the hill, easy to access on foot from to Kontogialos beach, the beach from where you can watch the best sunset from Corfu Island.

"You need to know some things, but this is a beautiful place!"

The host is a really nice guy, he was amazingly friendly and helpful. The sea view from the terrace is amazing, absolutely worth it.

Some points you would need to know before your arrival, but nothing serious. The price/value rate for this apartment still worth it. - The accommodation itself has a small, not too comfortable kitchen and bathroom with an uncomfortable shower. - As it usual in Corfu there are lots of bugs inside and huge amount of mosquitos, but do you have mosquito repellents and mosquito nets in the house. - You have to be careful with the parking place, because it is on the top of a narrow, steep ascent next to the house with maximum 3 parking place and you will realize where are other cars parking only in the last moment. - The beach is within 200m, but you have to climb to reach the house from there.

The apartment had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Mega addition was the possibility of using the roof, we made breakfast there or in the evening enjoying Greek wine. Good location very near to two beaches.

I think without a car staying in this location would be very complicated but this is only a subjective opinion. The parking lot should be a little bigger. Besides, only pluses

Location, two balconies, close to the beach, parking spot, quiet air conditioning, sunny evenings, awesome view.

All below are.minor things (except of the internet). Really slow stove, making dishes takes long time. Hard to take shower without spilling water around the bathroom. There was no internet due to provider related issues. A small metal piece near balcony door is dangerous. It would be good to consider duvet/blankets cover for colder months.
