Location is OK Apartment was clean and properly arranged

No dishwasher Electricity gets tripped off when heaters are turned ON in all 3 rooms Owner is not reachable via WhatsApp, have to call everytime for questions/complaints No Hot water in shower during our stay during New Year

Se puede decir que la ubicación está en el centro de la ciudad, pero es inaccesible el acceso al apartamento una cuesta tremenda del tranvía y unas escaleras que jamás vi en mi vida, si llegas al apartamento y no te ha dado un ataque al corazón estás de suerte. Pone que tiene calefacción y es mentira. Tiene un radiador del año maricastańa que ni funciona. Y un termo de 30L que si te da para un bańo es de milagro… no lo recomiendo para nada.

Ni la localización, ya que solo puedes acceder atraves de una super cuesta o cientos de escaleras. El anfitrión no lo hueles ni te contesta.

In general, the location is close to the metro and the main avenue. The only issue is that the flat has no car access, and you have to hike several hundred meters uphill (along an old funicular path) without stairs. This makes the walk uncomfortable with luggage and dangerous when it rains.

There is no communication or support from the property manager. It is an old building with difficult access to the apartment. - The entrance door lock is not working properly — the door simply doesn’t open. There is no response to messages and no answer to phone calls. When we tried ringing the doorbells of the neighbours, they refused to help and said that short-term rentals are illegal here and that there are safety concerns. It took us almost one hour to get inside. -The floor is extremely cold. -There is significant noise, including what sounds like garbage collection around 11 pm.
