Everything we needed - a room each and plenty of food choices nearby and a large supermarket 5 mins away. Comfortable beds and a good kitchen area - ideal when working away from home .

Very nice House clean and Bright 🌞 Area was central enough to get around if one drives. Very thoughtful that there was some beverages in the cupboard & Spices, well thought of. I will definitely stay there again.

There were not bath mats on the floor not sure if the cleaners forgot to put them down. It was slightly hot in the front room couldn't find the thermostat at 1st.

The homestay is spacious with good kitchen facilities. Two bathrooms. It is short walk to public transportation facilities.

We were very happy with our stay in this house. The location was perfect — easy to get to, peaceful, and cozy. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and lovingly prepared for our arrival. A lovely surprise was the snacks in the cupboard and bottled water in the fridge — such a thoughtful touch after the trip. The beds were comfortable, and the bed linen was crisp, fresh, and snow-white — it was a real pleasure to rest there. Big thanks to the hosts for their care! Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful and cozy, and the owner was really kind and helpful. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay! Met host on arrival & she is lovely & very helpful, friendly & responsive on any messages...Felt at home the moment we walked through the door! Lots of light, fully equipped kitchen & nice little extra touches like washing powder, dishwash tablets, teas, coffee, milk & bottles of water, making it like a home from home, very peaceful street, relaxing living area with comfy furniture, comfy beds & pillows, nice outdoor area, good parking space, 2 lovely bathrooms with lots of toiletries! Pretty Decor, Quiet neighbours each side, good nights sleep! We stayed 3 nights & really felt at home here ☺️ & we will definitely be back if we go to the Co-op arena again..Thank you! Cath & Mark

Nothing, all was perfect!

We attended a festival in Manchester as a group of 5 and it was absolutely ideal. All single beds which was great for our group, which were comfy and good sized rooms. 2 bathrooms with 2 showers is really great. House was clean with fresh towels and some food very kindly provided by the property. Host was absolutely exceptional with communication. I had some questions leading up to our stay and went above and beyond to help us. Owner let us just drop bags before check in which was so helpful and made our trip so much easier. Communication during the stay was amazing also. 10 minute drive from Manchester Piccadilly into a very safe neighbourhood. Parking was a bonus Can't recommend enough if you're in a group of 5-6, great price also

Wifi cuts out quite a bit but not a major issue. Quite a hot house but no fault of the owner
