Stay At Jimmy's

Impeccably maintained and has a beautiful dog greeter, and a fantastic rainforest shower. I can't think of a single amenity that wasn't provided. Definitely rates in the top 95% of B&B's We've stayed in here and in Europe.

Can’t think of a single complaint

What a wonderful and unique property! We were met by John (partner of Jimmy) and he very affable and willing to help. Wonderful breakfast bakeries were already awaiting. The room was awesome-highly functional and also quirky in a good way. The wrap around porch is gorgeous with nice areas to sit and chat. We would definitely book with Stay at Jimmy’s again!

Jimmy's was fantastic! I really want to have Jimmy design my house. Every detail was taken care of, comfortable bed, and decor was so fun! Loved the rainfall shower head. We met John, who was so warm and welcoming. Also met Mable and Matilda who were sweeties. We only stayed one night and wished that we had been able to stay longer. The location is very convenient.

Lovely inn - we were met at the door by Jimmy who was very friendly. Later we met John outside. Our room was modern, clean and fun. Bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Our room had a kitchenette that was stocked with water, juice, milk, coffee/tea as well as muffins and croissants for breakfast. A common-area kitchen had additional breakfast items (fruit, hot/cold cereal) and cookies. We enjoyed some time sitting on the front porch and walked down the street to visit the numerous shops and take in the quaint village. We also walked out of town a few minutes to get pizza. There is a lot to do in the area. We were there for an “Owl Session” at New England Falconry, which is less than half a mile from the Inn. We also enjoyed the Vermont Institute of Natural Science in nearby Quechee. There is a national park, the Calvin Coolidge site, King Arthur Flour Store/Cafe/school, and, for knitters, the Woolly Thistle within 30 minutes.

Only complaint was that someone had a conversation at 5:50am on the side lawn next to our window.

There was nothing we could find that wasn't perfect about our stay. Jimmy, the host, was extremely friendly and accommodating, he supplied us with excellent goodies daily; the room was top notch and very comfortable; the bed was comfy, the towels were luxurious, what else could one ask for? We would definitely stay here again. And the location is perfect.

Not a thing.

The attention to detail and quality was amazing. The fridge was stocked ( drinks and snacks) and a fresh continental breakfast ( pound cake, muffins, croissant) for in room dining. The park across the street was a bonus for an early morning hike.

Short walk to downtown Woodstock. Breakfast was included and provided in our room.

Everything was amazing!!! We will definately go back.
