The location is very good being close to.bus station and supermarket. The beaches and promenade are just a few minutes walk. It is very smart and modern, everything worked. When the Internet went off one day. the host fixed it straight away.

It is a ground floor studio flat that has almost no natural light from the one window at street level but there are plenty of room lights.

The apartment was modern and clean

It's advertised as beachfront but it isn't at all. It's probably 7 blocks away from the sea front. I was expecting a balcony which we did get but as it was a ground floor apartment it was all enclosed so there was no fresh air at all, no windows or anything. We felt like we needed to be out of the apartment all day as there was just nowhere to sit. The pool area was lovely but was practically in the shade all of the time. The beach was beautiful and was probably about an 8-10 min walk from the apartment but there was nowhere to hire sunbeds so you either had to buy deck chairs (no point for 3 days) or sit on a towel all day which is very uncomfortable. This apartment needs to be NOT advertised as beachfront and also state that there is a chance of it being enclosed. Also, the shutters didn't work so we woke up very early which meant us going out even earlier. There was no staff as such, just via watts app which isn't ideal if you lost your keys or accidentally left them in the apartment. The corridor was very noisy being on the ground floor as we were close to the apartments entrance so heard people coming and going all night. We were really disappointed with our stay here.

definitely needs bed side tables to put a drink or mobile phone or remote control and a safe balcony enclosed but this was because being on ground floor but saying this we enjoyed our stay for initially 3days them extented to 5 days

was immaculately clean modern interior nearly everything you could possibly need booked an extra 2 nights stay close to beach and shops although definitely not beachfront

apartment was loverly but definitely needs 2 bedside tables to put your drinks on and your mobile phone while your in bed , and a safe would of been extremely handy with our belongings

we stayed in the ground floor apartment with a closed terrace, which could be opened if you chose to. Our apartment was stunning with modern decor and top class facilities, and our hosts were most obliging. The apartment was very central, walking distance to the beach, bus station and supermarkets We would definitely book again, as we had the most enjoyable stay.

Our only negativity with regards to our stay was the constant banging of apartment doors and the main entrance door early morning and late at night,  likely happening during the day but we were never in to hear it. Maybe a sign should be displayed stating please respect other guests by keeping the noise level down, as there is signage elsewhere stating about the lift, rubbish and pool area.

Super clean apartment in central location. However the facilities are a little misleading. The pool isn’t heated at all as written in description, so we couldn’t use it. For the sauna you a given a pass with a certain number of sauna uses, but this isn’t explained anywhere. The sauna was locked and when we tried to open it using the pass it used up the credit. Someone actually had to open the sauna with a key, but we lost all but one of our credits without knowing. The double bed is also super small. As mentioned everything is very clean and location is great, in the middle of the city and near the beach.

Perfect Place for a Vacation! We stayed here and were thrilled with the experience! The location is ideal: only a 5-minute walk to Del Cura beach, 3 minutes to the bus station, and 5 minutes to supermarkets Mercadona and Consum. The building is new and very clean, which creates a pleasant atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the sauna and the pool, which is open year-round thanks to heating. There’s also a fantastic rooftop space with a barbecue, perfect for relaxing evenings with friends. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation spot!

The only thing we would improve is the bed size, as it was a bit small
