"Good value"

Private and secure parking available.

The host lives in the same house he is renting. You will be given private entrance to second floor (which has no soundproofing or wall to the first floor) of the house which is rented. Bathroom was not very clean. No toiletries available as written in the description. Location and coordinates given in booking.com is incorrect.

"Nice place to spend the night for a family."

The hosts were really friendly. And the place is really nice and clean. Both washrooms were very spacious and had hot water in it. Every room had a separate A/C. There's plenty of space to park as well. The location is really convenient and close to Matara town. Upon request they provided us a delicious home cooked breakfast for a reasonable price. Had a great stay there.

The house is two stories. We were on the upper floor. The only concern I had was that the living area of our floor was open to the ground floor where the home owners live. We thought that it would disturb us. But nothing of such happened.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. The owner and their family were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The space was comfortable and provided a peaceful atmosphere. Having the entire floor, including a kitchen, balcony, and parking, was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and safe stay❤️

"Lovely clean flat with wonderful hosts"

We loved this place so much!!!The family were lovely and the breakfast was delicious! Our children enjoyed playing cricket with their kids :) the flat itself is self contained and everything was very clean. Kitchen was really fantastic. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely recommend. Definitely stay here!
