Basin in bathrooms too small. Wanted to check out a little late, but couldn't due to other bookings (understandable). We were just very tired and needed more rest

The place and the facilities were exceptionally of good standard, the room had ample space, tables, chairs etc It was also very quite, making it good for relaxing and refreshing.

Only one little problem with the hot/cold water shower which was difficult to maintain, by going up and down, from hot to cold and vise vesa

The service given by the lady who assisted us. Very friendly and helpful

The location only

There was no hot water . Other people at the property made noise early in the morning . We were chased out of the gate as soon as it was 10am even though our uber had not arrived yet and we had delayed in bathing while they fixed their geyser which was not producing hot water. They did not care about us because it was time to check out .
