A excelente localização assim como possuir garagem para o carro.

A fechadura da porta não está boa, tive perto de uma hora a tentar entrar. Felizmente consegui junto de um residente WD40 para colocar na fechadura facilitando a entrada.

We liked the view and the apartment and facilities were good. Good that it was close to the beach and restaurants.

How to use the fob to open at night was not explained well. Luckily I can speak Portuguese as the receptionist and man who we dealt with couldn't. We found that odd considering the international nature of Portimão tourism. Also odd in our opinion was that I had to get out of bed to turn the light on and off. Access to the garage was difficult and would have been much simpler with good signage.

The conditions of the property are ideal, kitchen fully kitted out with all equipment you could need and bathroom is wonderful. Whole place maintained in great condition.

Could do with some curtains to block light in the summer, though this didn't impact me too much since I was not sleeping much when the sun was up
