Window didn’t shut in bathroom so was freezing, above a loud nightclub/bar, shower damaged, hairdryer overheated, tired furnishings, very dirty net curtain, no mirror in room, clutter in the hall ways.

It was clean

Shower was not working when I arrived. No table, chair, glasses or tea/coffee, nowhere to hang a wet coat. No clothes storage. All fixed after complaint. Pigeons outside are noisy.

Room was newly renovated and clean. Good location, right in the city centre.

Was difficult to find with just a piece of paper on front of door as a sign. Very run down as you walk through to reception. Hallway smelt like sewage, very dirty carpet. Furniture along hallway and on stairs. Mark on wall in room of white paint. Cold shower. Very noisy from the club, we were on top floor luckily but still very noisy. No receptionist, no instructions to check out and no one to talk too.
