"Decent stay with some nuances"

The property is conveniently located and it is spacious. It has plenty of space and a parking can be found within 200m range from the apartment. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.

The property was not clean, some hygienic appliances were left in the bathroom by previous stay or host. Overall it was quite dusty in the apartment. Also, kitchen tech and jacuzzi bath tub are old and need to be replaced. When it comes to the parking - there is no dedicated space, so sometimes you’re lucky to park the vehicle in 20m from the building, and sometimes you can find a spot only in 300m away.
