La casa era davvero carina, piccola ma per tre perfetta. I letti molto comodi e l’aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. La cosa migliore però è la posizione, a due minuti a piedi sia da plaza del sol che dalla gran via. Si può tranquillamente raggiungere qualunque attrazione a piedi, ma comunque c’è anche la fermata metro a pochi minuti.

L’acqua calda dopo 15 minuti smetteva di funzionare e dovevi aspettare una mezz’ora per riprendere ad usarla, ma comunque non è stato un gran problema dato che era estate. L’unica pecca è che non c’è l’ascensore

Todo perfecto. Es un apartamento muy coqueto y acogedor, bien aislado y muy tranquilo. No le falta ningún detalle, tiene incluso plancha y tabla. Muy limpio y céntrico. Si vuelvo a Madrid lo haré a este apartamento.

No hay nada que no me gustara. Hay que subir andando, pero ya aparece en la descripción y no es para tanto.

The property was in a very central location. Although crowded, you are right next to Gran Via and Puerta Del Sol and you have easy access to metro lines that go all across Madrid. The property itself was very clean and getting in was easy.

If you are able-bodied the stairs are not an issue. The only issue we encountered were people ringing the (very loud) doorbell multiple times. The check in process was a little unclear coming from a different time-zone but overall it was fine.

The location was amazing

It didn’t have a lift and the outside looked a bit dodge

Cleanliness. Hair on the pillows, dirty couch cover, mold in the shower, smelly towels. We checked out Tuesday morning, return of deposit deadline is 3-4 working days, money is still not returned despite confirmation all is ok. Communication not clear. In one insteucrions house nimber is 5, in reality it is 11. Before you check in deposit return is 3-4 days, after check out upon asking I received info it is 7 days..
