The apartment is really excellent or comfortable, with all the necessary supplies. Great location and the owners are very kind. Highly recommend, much better than several hostels in the city. I highly recommend, I will definitely be back ✨

Lovely and very helpful host family. Very accommodating with arrival time and responded to all communication very quickly. Great nightly price for a spot in Centro. Easy walk to markets, Pitico, attractions. Nice to be able to make coffee and cook. Comfortable bed. Nice cross ventilation. Ceiling fan in room. Shelves and hooks for your things. Nice size rooms. I would stay there again.

The location on a bus line meant it was quite noisy, even for Mexico. The house across the street installed 2 very bright security lights that will only be an issue for you if want to sit in front of the window at night. If you are planning to work while there, you should know that Wifi exists, but is spotty, and that only one of the guest rooms has a desk, although there is a nice table in the kitchen area. If you are 6 feet tall or more, the toilet will be an issue.

Luisa & Angel wee the kindest souls running a hotel in this trip of Central America. They were waiting for me when I arrived quite early. Helped me with checkin etc & more importantly, understood my needs without telling. e.g. offering use of washroom before talking about checkin when a guest arrives from an overnight bus journey. Luisa even woke up early & came with me to find & negotiate a taxi when I left their city. (Carrying one of my big bags). She also told me where I could repair a broken wheel of my bag & that was the only place in Oaxaca where it could be repaired.

The wifi did not work on one of the days. And I have a suggestion that they should start a (paid) Laundry! Great value for money ! I would stay here again!

The house offers good value for the price. The hosts are very friendly and helpful (they waited for me upon arrival at midnight to give me the keys) and gave me useful information for Oaxaca.

The room and facilities are quite basic (although good for a short stay exploring the city). The rooms are located on the road area and it gets very noisy with the traffic, so I personally didn't have the best sleep unfortunately.

Fantastic place to stay in Oaxaca run by a lovely family. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. You have use of the kitchen and it's very clean and location is good.

Angel and Luisa (owner operators) were warm, friendly, and diligent in their care of the property and the needs of their guests. The property is located 15-20 minutes by walking from the zócalo, museums, and shopping. Banks and other services were also readily available. Wi-Fi was very dependable. For the money, a great value.

Traffic noise is an issue throughout the historic district including this property. The shower was not hot but not cold either.

Angel was very kind, located in the city center. A very good price for a confortable bed. It was perfect, thank you !
