TRIt was an apartment we rented for our student. However, whenever we requested assistance with any issues with the apartment, we were told this was the only response. There appeared to be an internet connection, but it wasn't.

BGThere should be better explanation from the host about finding the apartment and getting in. When reserving the property I had no idea that there would be no host to meet me. At one point on the arrival day I received an SMS with the code for the key and that was all. The apartment is on the second floor of a house with nobody living in it. One has to climb external stairs to get to the key box and entrance door. Upon calling the property's phone twice I received a recorded message in Greek. It was frustrating walking around and trying to figure out what was going on. Thankfully, a gentle lady finally showed me the way to the second floor.
