Great location and clean and cozy.

There is some sort of coffee pod machine but no pods! This would not put me off returning though!

Good location if visiting Endcliffe campus. This is a perfectly formed IKEA show home for a small couple.

Small double bed in attic with pitched roof. Tricky if you’re tall.

Very clean and well equipped, quiet, perfect for 2 people, easy to collect the keys and communicate with Andrew.

A really great property - modern, clean and so well located. We stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Great communication.

There are sloping ceilings upstairs fine for us but may be tricky for taller people.

We have stayed in the studio twice now. It is so convenient for visiting my husband's family, near shops and restaurants but quiet. Both times we have found it to be spotlessly clean, there is all the equipment you need for self-catering and looking after yourself, as there is a washing machine, little airer/dryer, dishwasher (bliss), a good selection of crockery and cutlery etc. Just take whatever you need for personal care and feeding, although there is a good coffee machine with capsules and plenty of tea and minor needs, such as salt, pepper and oil. Ask in advance and parking permits are provided; we've had no issues with parking by the property. The owners are very responsive if you need to ask anything.

Maybe some simple instructions for the dishwasher. We've used a larger version of this make but it still took both of us to set it off. Hubby had to mind his head upstairs :0) Having to be out by 10.00.

The big let down for us was the mattress , it was super uncomfortable which led to us sleeping on the floor which was not ideal as we are disabled

Quiet. But not far from nearby restaurants and bus stop to town. (Easily walkable to centre too - 20 minutes or so). Everything you can need for a comfortable stay. Quirky property (bedroom is in the eaves and shower room is small). All the facilities seem new. Owners responded quickly (and in person) to a request when we arrived. Would certainly stay again.

This is a bijou apartment/studio but very well designed. The kitchen has just about everything you need, including knives that actually cut - a rarity in many places. There was a very welcome coffee machine as well. The little dishwasher was appreciated, as was the 'welcome' surprise, which after the journey we'd had, was greatly appreciated. There is also a choice of duvet weight, another rarity in most places. Parking permits are waiting for you, when you say you will need them. It was also a quiet area, which we appreciated, as we are used to being in the middle of nowhere. There are several good eateries within easy reach if you don't want to cook yourself.

Some smaller cups/mugs would be welcome, as would a doormat for bad weather. Tall people need to be aware of the bedroom roof, although this made a change from me (being the smallest) as I'm usually given the lower area. The lanky other half had to mind his head for once! 😹

It was a nice quiet location which was not too far from shops and restaurants.
