Monte Baia Uludağ

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Baia Hotel in Uludag, from the Valais team to the housekeeping staff, as well as the restaurant team, for their professionalism and kindness. A special mention goes to Mr. Ozkan, whose warm welcome, constant availability, and attentiveness greatly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Despite the bad weather that prevented us from skiing as planned, we spent two wonderful nights as a family. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, making the time fly by. This pleasant experience has won us over, and we are eager to come back again very soon. Thank you once again to the entire team for such a warm welcome, and especially to Mr. Ozkan, whose assistance from our arrival to our departure was exemplary.

كل شي جميل في الفندق الموقع والنظافة

أتمنى زيادة الإضاءة في الممرات حيث ان الفندق كئيب وأتمنى في منطقة ألعاب الأطفال عزل المشروبات الكحولية بعيدا حيث أن الرائحة كريهة جدا وأتمنى عمل خصومات للتزلج لعملاء الفندق حيث لايوجد خصم وعند سؤال موظفي الفندق عن الخصم يقولون هذا عمل خاص لايوجد تنسيق بينهم وعمل خصومات للعملاء

Bed was broken , no one checked They couldn’t fixed neither change Staff were not serious enough to our complaints Didn’t clean the room everyday we have to ask them each time Only one lady her name hassenah responded to our complaint Restaurant was. Accepted but the same food for lunch and dinner

We enjoyed the hotels facilities as well as the beautiful nature its surrounded by.

not the hotels fault, but unfortunately there was almost no snow at the time of our visit and when we wanted to go skiing we would have to pay instructor to take us somewhere further, which was quite expensive and still did not promise that we will ski at all.
