La struttura e il giardino sono molto belli, la posizione ottima, tranquilla, silenziosa e vicino al centro di Aix. Camere pulitissime.

La camera in cui ho soggiornato necessitava di un po’ di manutenzione e di ammodernamento. Mobilio, e porte datati (non d’epoca, semplicemente vetusti), scrostati e con molti segni di usura non accettabili per un hotel di questo livello. Servizio alla colazione e al ristorante gentile ma inadeguato. Per ben due volte abbiamo dovuto chiedere i tovaglioli perché non erano presenti sul tavolo. Menu’ troppo limitato per il livello del ristorante

Gentilesse et servIbilité du personnel. Trés bel hotel, beaucoup de classe. Excellent localisation. Et le restaurant était excellent . Jardin impresionnant au milieu de Aix.

The common spaces are beautiful, the garden and the restaurant and the bar were elegant and lovely. Our deluxe suite had a view of Mt St Victoire from the small deck, the pool view. Loved the breakfast and the foods, the baked goods and the breakfast buffet were delicious. Service was excellent.

Our daughter’s room, which was one of the single rooms, smelled like bad plumbing the whole time.
