l'emplacement dans un quartier à proximité de tout dans la ville, la beauté de l'appartement et l'espace de l'appartement. la rapiditié avec laquelle notre hôte est venu réparer le lave-vaisselle qui avait du mal à démarrer

The location is good, safe and central. Glad that there was a lift in the building. There were quite a few good restaurants nearby.
The facility was promoted for 2 bathrooms, which is not correct. There is 1 shower and 2 toilettes in the apartment. We had some issue with the electricity. If too many appliances were running the electricity tripped.

La localisation, l'appartement rénové dans un bel immeuble ancien, l'accueil du personnel.
Le canapé et les fauteuils étaient recouverts de tissu blanc où on voyait très bien l'usure, taches, traces diverses... Le chauffe-eau très bruyant est installé dans une chambre. Absence de patères dans la salle de bain et les toilettes. L'aménagement du séjour n'est pas très accueillant.

Facilities good and comfortable room but location of the property was excellent. Walking distance from tourist attractions / shops / restaurants and also between the two main train stations (15-17 min walk) if you like to visit other city's close to Turin.
A toaster for the morning would be nice, but this was not a big issue with pastry shop beside the property.

The appartment was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. It is also very central within easy reach of the historic centre of Turin, and a good sel ection of restaurants. I would not hesitate in highly recommending Residenza Bertola 23.
I have no negative comments. ..
