Banana Beach Club E2

Everything was as described in the pictures. The unit was nice and cosy. The area was very quiet and harmonious. There was a lot of entertainment which was family friendly.

Upon arrival we had to park quite a distance from our unit. The lady whom assisted me with our keys just pointed to the direction of the unit and that was the last time she was seen. The whole unit had a terrible mouldy smell which caused my asthma and sinus to act up making it really hard to breathe and sleep. I was sick the entire time that I only slept at 04:00 the very next morning and even then it was hard. Even though we opened up all the windows and doors to get some air in the house it still had a little bit of that mouldy smell to a point where we had to sleep with the fan on and the windows open the rest of the weekend. My kids couldn’t make use of the baby swing as it had old mouldy water in it. We had to drive out about 10-15 minutes to get to a pharmacy so I could get medication to help me with my chest.

It was a very friendly neighbourhood & clean area

The fact that we weren’t allowed to participate in the activities since our unit did not come with equipment overall we had an amazing time.

We loved the place, very well ordered, and everything you need is available. Wifi TV Out look on the Ocean Friendly staff The caretaker was very accommodating As well as the security The bedding was nice and clean as well as the counter tops and furniture

The floor was not properly cleaned as there were sticky spots and a lot of sand in the unit, they forgot the toilet paper (not a big issue) but the mop, broom and scoop with Brush was very dirty, previous people must have cleaned the braai with it and house keeping must have missed cleaning and disinfecting it. The unit smelled a bit, like wet washing that was left in a laundry bin for some time, but other than that it was very nice.

only one bedroom, would have liked a bedroom for the kids. no cleaning service (would have been nice to have cleaning service and fresh towels at least in the middle of our stay)

The pool facilities and access to the beach.

No reception but the staff were helpful

The room was clean with most of what we needed with my family.

Reception non existance. Swimming pool dirty. Unhappy staff
