Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen sehr gut geeignet und empfehlenswert. Ruhige Lage und gut zu erreichen.

Ein schönes Haus, den Schlüssel haben wir in der Taverne der Eigentümer abgeholt und wurden zum Appartement begleitet. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Ouzo, Raki und Wasser standen auch schon in der Kühlung. Es gibt eine kleine Wäscheleine +Klammern, einen Kontaktgrill um das Brot aufzubacken. Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es vom Eigentümer die richtigen Pads. Der Wasserdruck ist enorm, in der Dusche gibt es ein Duschpaneel mit Massagedüsen. Modern eingerichtet und vielen Schränken ( mit gleichen Kleiderbügeln) und Platz zum Verstauen. Das Eingangstor kann man über eine gut funktionierende Fernbedienung vom Auto aus öffnen und schließen. 7.30 Uhr kommen viele Schafe zum Fressen und Melken am gegenüberliegenden Berg die Straße herunter gerannt . Lustiger Anblick! Fahrt unbedingt in ihre Taverne, wir können die gehobene Kretische Küche nur empfehlen, die Moussaka ist überragend. Herzliche, fleißige Familie.

Schön wären ein Wäscheständer, Auflagen für die Schaukel und ein kleiner Tisch neben der Schaukel.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa, perfectly located on a hill with a breathtaking view of the sea and spectacular sunsets every evening. All the amenities were exactly as described, well-maintained, and fully functional. The house is cozy, spotless, and well-organized, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace of the surroundings. A special thank you to the hosts, who were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. We highly recommend this place and truly hope to return soon!

Not exactly on the seaside but this can not be a cons, since was clear before the Booking. A bit noisy when windy: but this is tipical of the region in this season

We found the property´s location quite beautiful as it offers fantastic scenery - with the mountain behind, the olive fields all around and the sea right out front, it was a beautiful sight to enjoy. The house itself was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed - there were some leftover condiments from previous guests and a little complimentary olive oil from the hosts. The two bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom offers a jet shower and a washing machine. My personal favourite highlights were the hosts and the garden. The hosts were absolutely lovely, they welcomed us warmly and we also got to try their homemade food in their taverna nearby. Irene´s desert is delicious, you need to try it! The garden is also really beautiful, offering a hammock under a tree, a couple tables to sit in and then a swing overlooking the fantastic view of the hills and the sea. Overall, really great place to stay, book it for sure!

view Pictures from the front porch in the add are not the real view. Sea view is in the adjoining rental front porch.(false advertising). The kitchen stove is old and rusted not useable. (Not hygienic). The kitchen cupboards below the counter smell very moldy. Everything stored there would small moldy. The 3 teflon coated frying pans were so scratched that the aluminum was visible. (unsafe) The stainless sink surround was totally black with mold. (not hygienic). The clothes washer was extremely covered with mold at the top of the loading area under the lid. the bathroom silicon seals around the bottom were moldy in spots. We showed the renter these problems but they were ignored. If we could have cancelled the reservations, we would have move out. Other rentals in the area were available for less cost and good condition with actual Sea Views. This rental apartment needs to be better serviced and the kitchen needs full attention to the issues mentioned prior to additional rentals.
