Location, quiet, good on site facilities, clean, fully stocked.

Stairs to deck and railing around deck needs attention. Maybe some grab rails in the shower as I am disabled or maybe a shower seat.

Perfect location. Right on water my son loved fishing . Got to see manatees. My son also loved the bikes provided and if weather was better the kayaks.

Everyone was super friendly at the resort and it was an easy check in

The only thing I was disappointed in was for the money we paid I would've liked to have the air in the tires of the bikes full instead of having to take them to maintenance and told that the double kayak was not usable - we found out the hard way. Shade on the deck would've been nice - for the time of year we chose to go it was super hot and we couldn't sit outside until the sun started to go down. The canal had manatees in it and lots of fish - all in all it was a great trip.

Beautiful cottage right on the water. There is so much to do and experience. The owner was an amazing host assisting us with an issue of access at check-in. We would 100% recommend!.

The location and house was amazing! Communication was great! Only suggestion is to update the master bedroom mattress and turn up the heat on the showers water, we like a HOT shower. thank you!

The fact that it’s right on the water was perfect for us, also the fact it came with kayaks made it so we didn’t have to bring ours.

My only minus would be the size of the tv’s. It’s not really an issue because we only used them at night but they could be a little bigger because of the distance away from viewing areas.

"Great place close to Key West"

Really cute property that has been recently remodeled. It’s a great spot on the water. Loved the kayaks. Bikes were also available. Game room on site w/ pool, ping pong, darts( no darts available), Basketball (no balls avail) tennis, hot tub, swimming pool. Great lounging by the bay
