Couldn’t even stay

The owner messaged me at 9am the day before my stay, despite the fact we had booked months in advance, informing me that I could no longer stay due to “works”.

Basically wasn’t told no tv and asked could I bring one when got the as there was nothing to watch I got told no tv aloud so I said wasn’t told about that I’m leaving and want money back I was all of 20 mins now I’ve still not received refund as this property said they would wave my fee ext then told get my refund back of booking.com when they have been paid the money them selves and should be sending it back to send to me appalling service not happy
