Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit of £350 is required. The property charges this 2 days before check-out. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 working days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties event.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Excellent little spot all round."

The location was excellent, just a short walk into central Cambridge and overall the support from the hosts (the communication) was great and the apartment was so clean and comfortable. Overall would highly recommend!

Very clean, and good communication with the team Car parking off road in a quite street Well equipped if you wanted to eat in. Easy to walk into town, takes about 20mins. Light airey apartment.

Towels provided would be better to have bath sheets, instead of bath towels. For the larger person. Lounge very small, indeed feel area could be redesigned better to give it the feel of being bigger. However Didnt spoil our stay as we only used accomadation to sleep as out all day.

So convenient for centre of town but quiet street. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Really appreciated things like dishwasher tabs, wash up liquid etc. Great communication from owners.

Loved the entrance space to put the coats, the shoes and the luggage, before going upstairs. The place was super clean, easy to navigate and with lots of mod cons - unfortunately we didn't have time to use, but had the weather changed we would have loved to have used more of them.

What didn't I like, well nothing other than would have loved to have stayed longer. The beds were great, comfortable and easy to find everything for a meal after we had done the shopping.

"Lovely clean flat, with all amenities"

Great accommodation, it looked recently renovated and well looked after. Clean linens and rooms - the place was so clean that I felt compelled to leave it in the same state we found it, which we did. The location was good, very quiet neighborhood, about 20 min walk from the centre. There was a park right outside of the house which my son enjoyed. The host provided tea, sugar, coffee as well as coffee pods which we appreciated. Good experience overall so I would highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay and there was nothing we didn't like about the accommodation.
