Great location

No soap at all (no hand soap, no bathing soap or shampoo) even though there was body lotion and hair conditioner. When I realised this they promised to deliver the missing items but it was too late for me: I had to go to my business meeting without washing properly. The Argentinian lady at the reception was kind and appreciative but this did not diminish my inconvenience. I asked whether I could receive a partial reimbursement in light of this problem but this led to nothing. The handle of the bath door was loose and almost broken. The shower door is not sealed properly so the water goes under it and tends to soak the bathroom.

"Terrible WiFi otherwise great"

Clean, great location, comfortable bed and nice tv. Breakfast is also very nice and big

The only reason that for some things I gave bad marks is because the WiFi was terrible to the point that it basically didn't work. I flagged this and got another router but the problem persisted
